    Each of our previous campaigns and events were in mighty waves, which drew a large crowd. We received a lot of customer feedback , but they always ended up in nothing definite. Lists of attendees became a pile of trash. “We see no effective market investment”, complained the sales people.

Project Background

      Power Bridge provided an event marketing solution for a well-known telecom network equipment supplier during the latter's nationwide road show. With professional planning, precisely customized objectives, quick implementation and timely post-event follow-up, we built a system platform for the client to capture the needs of its clients in a timely fashion. This resulted in many sales leads and improved campaign effectiveness.


Project Accomplishments and Returns

→  Attendance totaled about 2,000 people, 93.6% of whom  

  were IT managers from enterprises with over 500   employees.

    Emailed about 2,000 thank-you letters, all of which were
    followed up by telephone interviews.
  →  72% of customers showed interest in the solutions
    presented at the event, among which 224 were potential
    sales leads within 3 months with sales potential of RMB56
    million.
